Art & Yoga Meditation Retreat

  • Mineral Bottom, Moab (map)

We’re offering an all-female medatative retreat centered around mindfulness and heart-awakening. Here we will focus on compassion, letting go of past hurt, and self-love.

Trip Details

Friday- June 3, 2022

We will arrive Friday night to our campsite. You are welcome to join us for a night of camping & s’mores or you are welcome to join us Saturday morning when the event officially begins.

Saturday- June 4, 2022

Our first day we will open the trip with camp set up and welcome hour. From here we will be guided through a mindfulness yoga session, nature walk with journal prompts, and work together as a team to build a community art structure. When we get back to camp, we will have a break for dinner before coming together to share either a quote, memory, or item that has inspired you throughout your life. This will then be proceeded with a fire ceremony. Here we will practice self expression and release anything negative you are holding onto.

Sunday- June 5, 2022

Those that would like to watch the sunrise are encouraged to go on a sunrise hike before breakfast. After breakfast, we will be guided through a painting of the landscape before us and guided through another yoga session. Before we pack up to head home, we will close out with a reflection hour sharing what we gained and learned from the retreat.
